Working from the values of teamwork, customer service, and honesty, the driver acts as an ambassador for the organization's clients while exemplifying excellent teamwork by collaborating with pharmacy packers and facility check-in personnel. The driver provides excellent customer service by delivering all medications and supplies on time, ensuring accuracy, while making necessary returns of medication, supplies, and boxes to the pharmacy. The driver's honesty is critical so that everyone who relies on him or her can count on accuracy and follow-through. The driver consistently checks the vehicle's maintenance and cleanliness, as well as completes accurate and timely paperwork. The driver serves as a vital link between the pharmacy and clients.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma, HS Transcripts, or GED/HS Equivalency Certificate.
- 1-3 years of experience required.
- A current/valid non-expired driver's license.This position requires driving; you must be a minimum age of 21 and have an insurable driving record.
- Social security card
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., driver required
