DESCRIPTION
*$7,500 RETENTION BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.
Responsible for the overall functioning of the program, including compliance with all standards of operation by regulatory agencies, supervision of the program staff and their compliance with expected competencies. This includes the development and implementation of quality programs and the operation of programs and services in a fiscally responsible manner. The position is also responsible for counseling individuals or groups, developing and implementing a therapeutic treatment plan, and providing family support and education. The children who participate in this program are enrolled for counseling and treatment for behavioral issues. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
- A master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work that includes an internship and 1-3 years of post-master's supervised experience in a direct service area.
- Current/Valid non-expired driver's license—you will drive on behalf of the center. To meet driving qualifications, you must be minimum of 21, and have an insurable driving record.
- Social security card
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40 wpm.
- Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; after-hours/crisis also possible.
