Occupational Summary:
The Used Car Manager is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, pricing, marketing, and sales of pre-owned vehicles. The manager will supervise the sales team, as it pertains to pre-owned inventory, ensuring all operational targets are met, vehicles are properly priced, and the department runs efficiently. The manager will also be involved in customer interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards for customer service.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Monday - Saturday availability required. Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm and Saturdays 9am - 5pm

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1-3 years in Management. *F&I Management experience is a plus, but not required*
- A valid and active driver’s license.
- Proven record of accomplishment of sales performance and leadership in a retail or automotive setting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS)
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, specifically used vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Sales certifications or training from recognized automotive programs is an advantage.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
