Job Description:
Former Home Builder returning to the home servicing industry as a newly founded company. We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Bathroom Remodelers to join our company and to bring fresh, innovative designs to life through expert renovation and installation work. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for transforming bathrooms into functional, beautiful spaces by applying your extensive knowledge of construction techniques, plumbing, electrical systems, and finishing trades. Your enthusiasm for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure each project exceeds client expectations. This is an ongoing basis role for residential and/or commercial applications in Western Suburbs, servicing Naperville, Downers Grove, Hinsdale, Lisle, Plainfield, Aurora and other surrounding cities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in tile installations and general bathroom remodeling that include basic electrical work, framing, wall/floor preparation and painting, ensuring that all projects are completed with precision, code compliance and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Tile Installation
- Floors, showers, tub surrounds, backsplashes
- Large-format tile installation
- Layout planning and precision cuts
- Leveling systems and grout finishing
- Waterproofing system experience preferred
Painting & Drywall
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Surface preparation and priming
- Clean professional paint work
Basic Electrical Work
- Install vanity lights, light fixtures, outlets, switches, and fans, following basic code principles.
Must have own professional tools and transportation and work cleanly in occupied homes. Must be punctual, organized and respectful with clients ensuring world-class customer service excellence.
Insurance Requirements:
- Active liability insurance required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tile Installer or similar role
- Familiarity with materials, methods, and tools involved in tile installation.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout plans.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to carry or handle heavy materials and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in tile installation is a plus.
