We are seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsman with 10–15 years of residential remodeling experience who can work independently, communicate professionally with homeowners, and consistently produce high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
- Perform drywall finishing, taping, mudding, sanding, and painting
- Install tile flooring, backsplashes, shower surrounds, and other tile applications
- Install shower wall panel systems
- Install vanities, trim, fixtures, and finish materials
- Install and modify cabinetry for kitchens and bathrooms
- Assist with kitchen remodeling projects, including cabinet installation and layout adjustments
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project quality standards
- Ensure all work meets company and industry standards
Qualifications (Required)
- 10–15 years of residential remodeling experience
- Strong skills in drywall finishing, taping, mudding, and painting
- Experience installing tile and shower wall panel systems
- Experience with vanity installation and finish carpentry
- Cabinet installation experience
- Ability to read plans, layouts, and project specifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials and tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred
- Extensive kitchen remodeling experience
- Experience working directly with homeowners
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
