Responsibilities
- Manage residential remodeling projects from start to completion
- Be able to supervise Labor Assistants
Typical Projects
- Bathroom remodels
- Basement finishing
- Deck builds
- Home repairs and renovations
Requirements
- 6 years experience in residential remodeling
- Strong knowledge of construction and remodeling processes
- Skilled in basement remodeling, bathroom remodeling, deck building, and home repairs
- Motivated by working in teams
- Excellent communication with homeowners
- Organized and detail oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have an attitude and mindset to help grow and scale a remodeling company
Preferred Experience
- Leadership experience managing crews or subcontractors
Compensation
- $30– $42 per hour depending on experience
- Performance bonuses available
