Role: Full-Time Direct Care Support Staff providing mental health support within a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP).
Responsibilities:

- Act as a residential counselor, supporting clients in developing skills for community living and socialization.
- Ensure medication safety, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with a service team to develop and implement individual service plans.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, advocate for their needs, and document follow-up instructions.
- Maintain sanitation, meet health regulations, and ensure accurate food service documentation.
- Assist with meal preparation, inventory control, and food purchasing.
- Build rapport with clients, supporting their recovery and independence.
- Valid SERVSAFE certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
- Ability to obtain additional certifications (CPR/First Aid, Crisis Intervention, etc.).
- Driver’s license with minimal points and access to insured vehicle.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
