Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing services and patient care coordination
- Manage communications via phone and electronic messages
- Document care in EMR (Epic)
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
- Minimum of ASN degree; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with some travel and flexible hours
- Hourly pay range: $35.15 - $54.48, based on experience
