- Conduct patient assessments using evidence-based techniques within scope of practice.
- Evaluate functional abilities and coordinate with physicians for care planning.
- Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes to the care team.
- Perform home assessments and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.
- Current occupational therapy licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
