Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at a rehabilitation hospital.
Responsibilities: Providing patient care that addresses psychosocial, physical, and general needs; communicating effectively with patients and families; implementing individualized care plans; utilizing specialized interventions; serving as a patient-care innovator; and ensuring professional standards under RN supervision.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited LPN program, current state licensure, CPR/BCLS certification, and preferred ACLS and IV certification. Six months of Medical/Surgical experience in acute care is preferred.
