Role: The Senior Healthcare Contracts Specialist leads the drafting, negotiation, and management of complex business agreements, serving as a strategic partner to internal teams.
Responsibilities: Independently draft and review various contracts including master services, vendor, HIPAA BAA, and nondisclosure agreements. Analyze and negotiate contract provisions, resolve routine issues, and escalate higher-risk matters to legal counsel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely contract review and compliance. Contribute to the development of contract templates, streamline workflows, and manage contract lifecycle systems.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, 7 years of experience in contract management, strong negotiation and drafting skills, and proficiency in contract law and risk assessment. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities are essential. Experience with healthcare-related agreements and CLM platforms is preferred.
Work Environment: Fully remote with required secure workspace, reliable internet, and adherence to security protocols. Must be US-based.
