- Administering prescribed medications under supervision, documenting care, and monitoring resident conditions.
- Collecting vital signs and non-invasive specimens, and supporting psycho-social and recreational activities.
- Providing basic health care, housekeeping, laundry, and creating positive dining experiences.
- Communicating care updates and resident needs to nursing staff and participating in departmental initiatives.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; minimum age of 18.
- Must be certified as a CNA and trained in medication assistance per state requirements.
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience is preferred.
- Ability to complete annual competency testing and maintain certifications.
- Strong communication, compassion, and attention to detail.
