- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with standards to ensure effective and quality outcomes.
- Provide age-appropriate care by demonstrating knowledge of growth, development, and patient-specific needs.
- Develop and modify patient care plans aligned with policies to deliver efficient, effective treatment.
- Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Valid RN license for Oklahoma or multistate license.
- BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer prior to direct patient care.
- Knowledge of patient growth and development principles.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and assess patient needs based on age-specific requirements.
