- Assist clients with building independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and hygiene
- Support and motivate clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
- Plan, organize, and monitor client tasks and schedules to achieve goals
- Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in the Santa Rosa area
- Ability to pass a background check
- Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry
- Experience with transferring clients preferred
- Strong communication, dependability, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
- Behavioral health experience is a plus but not required
- $20/hour, accrued sick time, mileage reimbursement
