Responsibilities: Assist clients in developing independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and hygiene; motivate and support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges; create and organize schedules to promote client goals; document progress through case notes.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, ability to work in Windsor area, pass background check, digital literacy in MS Word, email, and data entry; strong communication, dependability, problem-solving skills, and a compassionate attitude; experience in behavioral health preferred.
Key Duties: Support clients’ independence, encourage positive behaviors, plan activities, and maintain accurate documentation.
Additional Requirements: Patient, dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently in one-on-one settings.
