ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Develop and execute the agencys growth strategy including organic growth, new service lines, and geographic expansion. Build and manage strategic partnerships with MLTC plans, hospitals, ACOs, FQHCs, senior living communities, and community organizations. Lead contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management with payors and referral partners. Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities including potential acquisitions, JVs, and pilot programs. Partner with operations and clinical leadership on growth initiative execution. Develop and present business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Lead and develop the business development team, sales operations, and outreach staff. Track and report on growth metrics including referrals, admissions, census, and partner performance. Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Monitor market, payor, and regulatory trends affecting growth strategy.
