Role Description The Rental Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Winter Garden, FL. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day rental operations, including managing available units, coordinating showings, and ensuring accurate lease administration and documentation. The Rental Manager will handle resident inquiries, support the application and move-in processes, and work to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service. Daily activities include collaborating with maintenance and leasing teams, monitoring occupancy and renewal metrics, and supporting marketing efforts to attract and retain residents. The role also involves enforcing community policies and maintaining consistent communication with residents to support a positive living environment.
Qualifications
- Strong rental management and lease administration skills, including experience with leases, renewals, and rental documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
- Experience maintaining customer satisfaction through timely responses, problem solving, and professional communication.
- Knowledge of property management software and basic administrative and organizational skills.
