The Position
The SVP, Controller serves as the group’s second in command for Finance, overseeing both Finance Strategy and Finance Operations (Controllership, Operational Accounting, Investment Accounting, ERP/FIS). This executive will architect the future-state digital finance ecosystem, integrating automation, AI-enabled insights, modern reporting, and scalable processes across a multi-entity platform.
Reporting to the CFO, the Controller provides enterprise-wide leadership across performance management, financial integrity, transformation delivery, and long-term capability building. This role unifies insight generation and execution excellence into a coherent, future-ready operating model.
This is a high-impact, transformational role combining strategic finance, technical accounting leadership, digital modernization, and enterprise transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Finance Leadership & Future-State Architecture
• Serve as the CFO’s strategic deputy, integrating FP&A, PMO, Accounting, and ERP/FIS into one cohesive operating model.
• Build and execute a multi-year automation and analytics roadmap leveraging AI, digital workflows, and real-time data pipelines.
• Define and implement the future-state Finance architecture supporting scale, insight, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Ensure Finance strategy aligns with technology, ERP, and enterprise data platforms.
Financial Planning & Analysis
• Lead AOP, long-range planning, forecasting, and enterprise performance management.
• Implement predictive analytics, ML-based forecasting, and automated variance analysis.
• Standardize KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting through automated data integration.
• Produce investor-ready reporting and insight packages for the CFO, CEO, Board, and investors.
• Transform FP&A into a forward-looking “insight engine” supporting capital allocation and strategic decisions.
Program & Transformation Oversight
• Lead the PMO across process redesign, R2R modernization, controls enhancement, automation, and ERP transformation.
• Ensure transformations follow automation-first methods (RPA, workflow orchestration, low/no-code solutions).
• Oversee the Transformation Program Manager to deliver milestones on time and with full transparency.

Deputy CFO → integration & outcomes
Enterprise Controllership & Reporting
• Serve as the senior accounting authority ensuring investor-grade reporting and global compliance.
• Oversee consolidated reporting, statutory requirements, audits, and enterprise controls frameworks.
• Partner with senior accounting leaders to modernize and automate reporting pipelines and the close process.
• Ensure all reporting aligns with board, audit committee, and regulatory expectations.
Operational Accounting & Transactional Integrity
• Oversee high-volume transactional accounting across P2P, project accounting, cost, inventory, fixed assets, and shared services.
• Drive standardization, automation, and efficiency across domestic and international accounting hubs.
• Strengthen P2P automation and Coupa adoption in partnership with Procurement.
Investment Accounting & Multi-Entity Reporting
• Ensure accurate, transparent investment entity reporting and valuation processes.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, audit preparation, and integration with corporate close.
• Build automated reporting pipelines supporting predictable, accelerated close cycles.
ERP / Financial Information Systems Leadership
• Oversee the stabilization, modernization, and multi-year reimplementation of D365.
• Ensure ERP evolves into a strategic, automated, insight-rich platform integrating with Coupa, Snowflake, and other systems.
• Build governance, QA, test automation, and change management capabilities to support future-state Finance.
Controls, Risk & Governance
• Harmonize internal controls across Corporate, Operational, and Investment Accounting.
• Digitize and simplify end-to-end finance processes with built-in controls and automated audit trails.
• Represent Finance in enterprise risk and governance forums.
Leadership & Talent Development
• Lead and develop a multi-level Finance leadership team (SVPs, VPs, Directors, Managers).
• Build a strong succession pipeline and future-ready Finance organization with digital and analytical fluency.
• Shape a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and investor-grade performance.
Qualifications & Experience
• 20 years of progressive finance leadership with significant ownership of FP&A, Controllership, and Transformation.
• Proven success leading senior executives and unifying mature functions into a cohesive operating model.
• Expertise in AI-enabled forecasting, automation, ERP/FIS transformation, and modern finance architectures.
• Deep technical accounting experience with board-level reporting exposure; CPA strongly preferred, MBA valuable.
• Experience in multi-entity or private equity-backed environments strongly preferred.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence across the enterprise.
