This executive will serve as the firm’s principal accounting officer, responsible for investor-grade reporting, internal controls, and compliance across a multi-entity global platform. The role includes leadership of ERP transformation and integration of mature accounting functions under a unified strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consolidated financial reporting, technical accounting, and audit committee engagement
- Oversee high-volume operational accounting across global shared services
- Ensure transparency and rigor in investment entity reporting
- Drive ERP/FIS transformation and process integration
- Harmonize controls and compliance frameworks across all accounting functions
- Mentor senior leaders and build a scalable finance organization
Ideal Profile:
- 20 years of progressive finance leadership, including enterprise-level Controllership
- CPA required; MBA preferred
- Experience in complex, multi-entity environments
- Proven success in ERP transformation and senior team leadership
