I’m partnering with a growing organization in Manhattan Beach that is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join their team onsite 5 days per week. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves digging into the numbers, and brings strong Excel skills — financial services experience is a major plus.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Handle daily accounting activities: journal entries, reconciliations, GL maintenance
- Support month-end and year-end close
- Assist with AP, AR, and expense reporting
- Prepare financial reports support internal & external audits
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Participate in process improvements to streamline workflow
🔹 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)
- Financial services experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills
