Title: HR Coordinator
Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm
*This is an in-person position based in Mandeville, Louisiana. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to the start date. Please note that relocation assistance is not available.*
About the Role
We are seeking an upbeat, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in a behavioral health environment. This role supports the full employee experience, helping ensure employees are set up for success so they can focus on providing kind, compassionate, and quality-centered patient care.

What You Will Do
Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities for new hires
Track background checks, drug screens, and required verifications
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Support compliance documentation and employee file organization
Assist with orientation preparation and HR administrative support
Serve as a first point of contact for HR visitors and inquiries
Partner with the HR Team & Payroll to support leaders and staff

Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
2 years of HR experience required
Healthcare experience preferred but not required
