A fast-growing and dynamic litigation practice is seeking highly motivated Litigation/Trial Attorneys with 3–8 years of experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile and complex litigation matters across a variety of practice areas. The ideal candidate will be driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Draft and respond to discovery requests
- Conduct legal research and prepare motions and briefs
- Take and defend depositions
- Represent clients in trial, arbitration, and appellate proceedings
- Collaborate with team members on litigation strategy and case execution
Practice Areas Include:
- Business and shareholder disputes
- Partnership and ownership disputes
- Defamation litigation
- Civil rights matters
- Intellectual property litigation
- Employment disputes
Qualifications:
- 3–8 years of civil litigation experience
- Active admission to the Minnesota Bar (required)
- Additional state bar admissions are a plus
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
