What are the responsibilities and job description for the EVS Attendant position at Northfield Park Racino?
The EVS Attendant is responsible for performing cleaning duties, as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor, throughout the property. Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service and exceed guest expectations.
- Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
- Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED - Preferred
Work Experience
- 6 Months of Prior Relevant Experience General cleaning or customer-facing experience - Required
Additional Requirements
- General cleaning experience in a similar resort or hospitality environment - Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
Pay: $17.65 per hour
