Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Elk River, MN, with the possibility of working from home part of the time. The Sales Specialist will build and maintain customer relationships, actively engage prospective clients, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing. Other responsibilities include providing consultations, offering personalized solutions, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals. Participation in sales training sessions and continuous improvement of sales techniques are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and maintain positive relationships
- Experience and proficiency in Sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals
- Skills in Training and Sales Management to guide and support team initiatives
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and set goals
- Proficiency in using technology and CRM systems to manage sales processes
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach
- Experience in the construction or remodeling industry is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings
