Project Overview / Contractor’s Role: We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead (Contractor) to provide hands on leadership, coordination, and execution across a set of highly interdependent initiatives supporting our IT organization. This role is accountable for driving alignment, sequencing, and delivery across SDAM / SDLC documentation, audit remediation, control design, RCSA alignment, compliance metrics, and AI enabled reporting. The engagement requires a contractor who can see and manage the full system of work, recognizing that each initiative directly impacts the others. The Implementation Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining a consolidated, dependency aware delivery plan that ensures all required outputs are delivered accurately, consistently, and on time. This is an outcome focused execution role, not an advisory or coordination only position. Success requires the ability to actively drive work to completion across multiple teams and initiatives, resolving conflicts, managing dependencies, and ensuring that all components come together as a cohesive, audit ready whole. Qualifications: Must be able to manage across multiple streams Required to building and managing the plan SDAM/SDLC and Audit remediation is also a big plus Objectives: The Implementation Lead will coordinate and integrate work across multiple concurrent initiatives, including but not limited to: • Audit issue remediation, including alignment of documentation, controls, and evidence • Control definition and embedding, ensuring traceability across SDAM, SDLC, and BAU workflows • RCSA alignment, mapping processes, controls, and metrics to risk and control expectations • Metrics and compliance reporting, ensuring consistency of definitions, sources, and outputs • AI Bot enablement, supported by curated, standardized, and reliable data foundations These initiatives are not independent efforts. The Implementation Lead is responsible for actively managing cross dependencies, sequencing work appropriately, and preventing misalignment between documentation, controls, metrics, and reporting outcomes. Tasks & Responsibilities • Provide thought leadership to guide teams on documentation standards, control design, and compliance expectations • Own and maintain a consolidated, integrated delivery plan spanning audit remediation, SDAM / SDLC documentation, controls, RCSA alignment, metrics, and AI enablement • Identify, document, and actively manage cross initiative dependencies, risks, and sequencing constraints • Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure outputs are consistent, non duplicative, and mutually reinforcing • Drive resolution when progress in one initiative blocks or impacts downstream deliverables • Ensure that interim and final deliverables collectively satisfy audit, compliance, and governance expectations, not just individual workstream goals • Partner with SDAM / SDLC teams to develop robust process and procedure documentation • Work with existing teams to design measurable, repeatable, and defensible controls • Develop automation of tasks and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools • Curate and structure enterprise data foundations to support metrics, compliance, and AI enablement Engagement Deliverables (Expected Outputs) • A consolidated, dependency aware delivery plan spanning all in scope initiatives, including audit remediation, controls, RCSA, metrics & compliance reporting, and AI Bot enablement • Coordinated remediation of audit issues, ensuring documentation, controls, evidence, and metrics align and do not conflict across SDAM, SDLC, and BAU workflows • Defined, embedded, and traceable controls that are consistently reflected across process documentation, metrics, RCSA artifacts, and audit evidence • RCSA aligned process and control documentation, demonstrating clear linkage between risks, controls, metrics, and supporting evidence • Standardized and automated compliance metrics and reporting, with consistent definitions, sources, and governance across initiatives • Curated and structured data foundations supporting AI Bot enablement for metrics, compliance, and BAU operational use • Clear cross initiative dependency management, ensuring work completed in one area does not create gaps, rework, or audit risk in another
