The role provides an opportunity to deliver comprehensive primary care within a collaborative, team-based model supported by the resources of a regional health system.
Required:
MD or DO degree, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, North Carolina medical license eligibility, DEA certification
Preferred:
Outpatient experience, interest in community-based care, team-based care mindset
The physician will provide full-scope outpatient primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. The role involves collaboration with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and care management teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
