Job Description:>> : To provide reliable and courteous transportation service to customers with safety as

a top priority; to act as a peer counselor; to provide a communication link between clients and staff; to

operate and perform weekly maintenance on assigned vehicle(s) per the vehicle checklist; and to maintain

vehicle

and customer records.

Responsibilities Include:>> Duties include operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a

focus on safety and client courtesy; performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections;

performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary; fueling vehicles; ensuring that

periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported; documenting employee usage;

preparing trip reports, preparing accident and incident reports as necessary; assisting clients and

handicapped clients in and out of the vehicle; and providing other services as requested by management

when not engaged in transportation service.

General Requirements :>> must be a minimum of 21 years of age, and posses and maintain a safe

driving record.

Educational Requirements :>> High School Diploma or equivalent.

Amount of Travel :>> Minimal, mostly confined to the counties assigned.

Salary Range :>> Based on experience
