Northern Medical Group is seeking a motivated Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in healthcare. No extensive experience is required—we provide on-the-job training and support to help you succeed. You’ll work closely with providers and staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming clinical environment.
Schedule Requirements:
- Availability to work at multiple outpatient locations
- One evening per week
- One Saturday per month (half day)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for visits
- Obtain and document basic vital signs, venipunture and EKG (training provided)
- Assist providers during routine exams and minor procedures
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as specimen collection (training provided)
- Support front desk duties, including answering phones and managing messages
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Help keep exam rooms clean, organized, and stocked

- Prior medical experience is a plus, but not required
