NORTHERN NH IS A FEDERALLY DESIGNATED CRITICAL HEALTHCARE SHORTAGE AREA -
FULL STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT FOR LICENSED STAFF IS AVAILABLE!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Office-based outpatient counseling services for children and adults

· Conduct assessments and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans

· Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately

· Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

· Provide emotional support through active listening and discussing concerns

· Encourage clients to make good choices and achieve personal goals

· Collaborate with the entire care/treatment team, including outside partnerships, to ensure comprehensive patient care and implement effective interventions

· Consistently act with honesty and integrity, while demonstrating a strong commitment to quality services and the interests of clients served

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

· Must have a master’s degree in mental health counseling or clinical social work

· Must be licensed or license-eligible in the State of New Hampshire

· Previous experience in mental health counseling (preferred)

· Strong understanding of medical documentation and record-keeping practices

· Ability to provide clinical counseling for clients with diverse needs

· Maintains up to date clinical case management knowledge and skills
