Northern Human Services Administrative Assistant
The White Mountain Mental Health in Littleton seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant for front desk coverage. Candidate must be highly organized, self-directed, able to multi-task and respectful of confidentiality. Duties include handling telephone switchboard, greeting consumers/visitors, computer data-entry, confirming insurance coverage, collecting money, cross-training with support staff and other administrative duties as needed. It is essential that this person can excel and work effectively in a team environment and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working practical knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Great benefits with working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for 35 hours per week.
In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing communications, organizing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. With core skills in Microsoft Office and clerical tasks, you will ensure efficient office management. Your premium skills ,will enhance our administrative processes. We expect you to utilize your strong organizational and communication skills to support our team effectively and contribute to a productive work environment. This position may float between our other Northern Human Services location at a future date.
