Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards
Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Keep kitchen, storage, and work areas clean and organized
Monitor inventory and report supply needs
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed
Qualifications:
Previous cooking or food service experience preferred
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
