POSITION SUMMARY
Provide assistance to Chief Financial Officer in daily operations
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Accounts Payable – enter invoices and print checks
- Process Food Stamps and maintain food stamp records
- Assist Benefit Specialist – verify receipts with people supported bank statements
- Assist Payroll Specialist – double-check production payroll
- Verify Treasure Island’s daily sales report with cash/checks/credit card receipts received
- Filing and scanning as needed
- Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: 2 year accounting degree preferred or Accounting Experience
Experience: Two to four years of accounting experience
