Full-Time Social Media Manager / Office Assistant
Northern Glass Pros is looking for a reliable, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our team full-time.
This is a hands-on position combining social media management, customer service, front-desk support, and windshield chip repair.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create engaging photos, videos, reels, and other content for Instagram and Facebook
Manage our social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule
Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, comments, and inquiries
Assist customers by phone, text, and in person
Help with scheduling, estimates, paperwork, and other front-desk duties
Repair rock chips in windshields—training can be provided
Complete additional office, marketing, and shop-related tasks as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
Has strong working knowledge of Instagram and Facebook
Is comfortable creating and appearing in photo and video content
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is friendly, dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Can manage several different responsibilities throughout the day
Is willing to learn windshield chip repair and assist wherever needed
Works well independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
This is a full-time position. Applicants must be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with every other Saturday during the busy season
We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position and is ready to become an important part of our team.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
