Commercial Excellence Consultant
Location: Troy, MI (Onsite)

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year
We are hiring an experienced Commercial Excellence Consultant to lead front-office transformation initiatives for global manufacturing clients. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with expertise in Commercial Excellence, CRM, CPQ, Digital Transformation, Sales, Service, and Business Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial excellence and front-office transformation initiatives.
- Advise clients on business strategy, process transformation, technology evaluation, and business architecture.
- Define transformation roadmaps and solution strategies.
- Support business development, pre-sales, proposal development, and client engagements.
- Guide technical teams through solution design, proof of concepts (POCs), testing, and implementation.
- Lead consulting engagements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Publish thought leadership and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions for manufacturing clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7–13 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, CRM, CPQ, Sales, Service, or Digital Transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or SAP CPQ.
- Experience leading consulting and business transformation engagements.
- Strong understanding of CRM, business architecture, technology evaluation, and process optimization.
- Experience integrating CPQ with ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of AI strategy and manufacturing industry processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
