Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to explain program curriculum and policies clearly to learners and stakeholders.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess learner situations, determine root cause, and provide accurate solutions.
· Hands-on experience managing registrations/enrollments, including manual enrollment and processing enrollment change requests (add/drop/date change).
· Comfort using learning/event systems and collaboration tools (e.g., My Learning, SharePoint, Boeing Events App) and understanding system workflows/architecture to troubleshoot issues.
· Ability to manage a shared mailbox/group inbox and respond within defined SLAs (e.g., within 24 business hours).
· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; ability to create and maintain reports (e.g., weekly enrollment reports) and ensure records/attendance are updated correctly.
· High integrity and discretion to keep student information confidential and secure, including sensitive program eligibility/classification visibility where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and interface with registration system technology (My Learning, SharePoint, Boeing Events App) to ensure event accuracy, readiness, and a smooth learner experience.
· Understand registration system architecture to foresee potential issues, manage ongoing changes, troubleshoot, and resolve registration defects/incidents.
· Maintain confidentiality of student information and use discretion; ensure enrollment accuracy when visibility includes job classification level.
· Assist learners with enrollment and perform manual enrollment when required; process enrollment change requests including add/drop/date changes.
· Perform administrative support tasks for learners, such as providing program materials when a learner cannot access the system. · Create and manage program meeting notices for participants.
· Create and deliver reports and data as requested, including weekly enrollment reports.
· Perform outreach to learners for non-standard program items or when the system cannot perform required tasks; monitor fill-rates and drive outreach to boost enrollment.
· Ensure records reflect accurate attendance and facilitate resolution of issues related to learners receiving credit for events.
· Serve as liaison for subsidiaries where non-Boeing attendees participate in programs. · Participate in meetings/committees to communicate information and support continuous improvement of programs and services.
· Lead event integration details and drive communication to stakeholders.

· Hands-on working knowledge of learning/event systems and collaboration tools (My Learning, SharePoint, Boeing Events App or equivalent platforms).
· Ability to interpret workflows/system set-up to troubleshoot issues, maintain event accuracy, and prevent defects through proactive checks.
· Reporting capability: preparing weekly enrollment reports and other ad-hoc reporting; proficiency in Excel preferred.
