Who You Are
You are a highly skilled manager, who is excited about sustainable, high-performance building, and shares our commitment to building a more equitable and just industry. In addition, you:
- Have 3 years of experience in a fast-moving, detail-heavy project or program management role; experience in residential remodeling, design, or an adjacent industry is preferred but not required
- Have strong organizational discipline and can manage multiple concurrent schedules, budgets, and workstreams with minimal oversight
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and experience communicating directly with clients
- Are deeply comfortable with technology and information systems, and pick up new software and tools quickly
- Bring strong interpersonal skills including the ability to hold teammates accountable to deadlines and commitments
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Bring positive energy, take on all tasks with enthusiasm, and work well with a wide range of people
- Take a proactive approach to problems, identifying and solving them before they risk projects and relationships
- Full-time
- 3 years of project or program management experience
- Primarily work from home, with occasional work from shared office workspace, and regular on-site meetings
- Computer provided
- $40–52 hourly, depending on experience
