What You'll Do
As a Preschool Teacher, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom where children can learn, grow, and build the skills they need for kindergarten success. In this role, you will:
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Assist with classroom activities, behavior support, and daily operations.
- Partner with families through communication, conferences, and home visits.
- Promote children's health, safety, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support school readiness goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

What We Will Love About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a valid Michigan Teaching certificate and a ZA endorsement or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood – General and Special Education ZS endorsement or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development/Early Childhood Education (major) with specialization in preschool teaching is required.
- Two years’ experience in Head Start or other Early Childhood Program is preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
