What You’ll Do
As Crisis Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRS team, including walk-in services, outpatient therapy, and emergency response. Your leadership will include:
- Supervising and mentoring outpatient therapists and MC3 Behavioral Health Consultants
- Scheduling and coordinating CRS primary and backup coverage
- Chairing CRS staff meetings and providing clinical supervision to staff and contractors
- Ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practices and providing targeted clinical training
- Participating in agency supervisor meetings and the Utilization Management Committee
- Managing resources, interpreting insurance benefits, and coordinating referrals
- Reviewing performance indicators and conducting clinical case record audits
- Providing psychiatric emergency services, including triage, stabilization, and brief therapy
- Participating in after-hours Emergency Services Unit (ESU) supervision rotation
- Supporting the Children’s Diagnostic and Treatment Team
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan
- At least 1 year of relevant mental health and clinical supervision experience
- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
- Functional computer literacy
- CAADC certification valued
- Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use is valued
- Valid Michigan driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
