What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance position at Northeast Management Group?
Must have a clean and Valid Driver's License, Monday - Friday
Must have two years prior work experience in apartment maintenance NOT cleaning
We are seeking a FT Apartment maintenance person, experienced with apartment turn overs, painting, minor electric and plumbing, drywall repairs
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or residential property upkeep with a strong mechanical background.
Monday - Friday 7:30 am- 4 pm, NO ON CALL, no weekends, paid weekly, paid holidays, paid vacation, 401 Matching Retirement
