What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Program Manager position at Northeast Kingdom Human Services?
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or QDDP required.
- If candidate does not have QDDP certification, it must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Experience in adult residential care strongly preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned Team Leaders of unlicensed homes.
- Support and assist Team Leaders with screening and hiring perspective staff.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and HCBS Director to manage assigned program budgets and individual consumer allocations.
- Provide oversight of necessary paperwork.
- Provide professional guidance to staff to insure quality of service delivery.
- Train assigned Team Leaders in the performance of their duties.
- Assist in program development.
- Manage ongoing crisis within the areas of assigned responsibility.
- Fill in for assigned Team Leaders as needed or requested.
Salary : $48,360 - $75,000
