Position Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Promote resident independence while providing respectful and compassionate care.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in caregiving, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and assisting residents with mobility.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Must be dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
