As the Director of Admissions, you will be the strategic force behind our admissions success, leading recruitment, enrollment, and orientation. This involves developing innovative plans, building and mentoring a top-tier team, and fostering strong community relationships to expand our reach.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bilingual, must be able to read, write, and speak English and Spanish
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience managing and motivating a sales team
- Experience in higher education
