Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, energetic Snack Bar Manager to lead daily operations of our window-service snack bar, with an initial focus on soft serve ice cream service. Key Responsibilities:
Primary Operator
- Serve as the main on-site leader responsible for smooth day-to-day operations
- Act as the go-to decision-maker during shifts
- Lead by example in customer service, efficiency, and professionalism
Execute Daily Operations
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Ensure consistent product quality, especially soft serve offerings
- Manage inventory and supplies as needed
Staffing & Team Leadership
- Make staffing decisions in accordance with company guidelines
- Create and manage shift schedules
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours
Service & Cleanliness
- Maintain high standards for service speed and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with health standards
Training & Development
- Train new employees on procedures, equipment, and customer service expectations
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedback to staff
Hiring Support
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
Qualifications:
