Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Take customer orders using POS system
- Provide friendly, efficient service at the window
- Ensure a positive customer experience from order to pickup
Product Preparation
- Prepare and serve soft serve ice cream and menu items
- Maintain consistency and quality in all products
- Follow food safety and handling procedures
Cleaning & Restocking
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and up to standard
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed
- Assist with general opening and closing tasks
Team Support
- Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth service flow
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and shift leads
- Step in where needed to keep operations running efficiently
Qualifications:
- No experience required—training provided
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
