A leading NYC financial services firm is seeking a Loan Closer professional to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the closing process for new loan investments, amendments, restructurings, and secondary transactions
- Review transaction documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal requirements
- Facilitate funding activities, including settlement instructions, cash movement coordination, and closing checklists
- Liaise with borrowers, agents, legal counsel, and other transaction stakeholders throughout the closing lifecycle
- Maintain transaction records and ensure timely updates within internal systems
- Partner with portfolio management, finance, and operations teams to support post-closing activities
- Monitor closing timelines and proactively identify and escalate potential issues or delays
- Assist with process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and controls
- Support reporting, audits, and ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 2–6 years of experience in loan operations, loan closing, syndicated bank loans, private credit, fund operations, or a related financial services environment
- Familiarity with loan documentation and transaction workflow
Salary : $60 - $70
