Our client, a well-known Financial Services firm in New York, is looking for an Investor Relations Specialist to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other internal and external investor communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all investor-facing responses are accurate, consistent, and aligned with firm messaging and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with investment, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams to gather required data and supporting materials.
- Provide investors with requested data, reports, and marketing materials as needed throughout the diligence and onboarding process.
- Update, maintain, and manage the firm’s diligence materials library on a recurring basis, ensuring content is current and audit-ready.
- Develop and refine clear, compelling, and client-friendly written materials that effectively communicate the firm’s strategy, performance, and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, RFP management, fundraising support, or a related role within asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or financial services.
Salary : $70 - $72
