This individual will play a key role in managing technology initiatives across the firm, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The right candidate will have had experience working on projects within Dashboarding, Workflow Creation, Operations and Process Design.

- Build and consolidate analytics and dashboarding across Looker and Claude into a unified, live reporting suite
- Support MarCom Ops analytics (e.g., contact data, portfolio insights), including dashboard development in Claude
- Design and implement operational processes, including lifecycle management for TEC builds and team workflows
- Develop frameworks for collaboration, knowledge management, and contractor engagement to improve team efficiency
- Lead operational execution for key events (e.g., Ops/MD Summit), including presentations, messaging, and run of show
- Evaluate and support implementation of AI tools for talent sourcing, including potential in-house solutions
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, ideally within financial services or asset management.
