Our client, a well-known Financial Services firm in NYC, is looking for an Investment Operations Associate to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 4 years of Fixed Income exposure, and Middle Office Operations experience.
Responsibilities
- Support fixed income trade execution and settlement processes.
- Manage bond and credit operations workflows.
- Coordinate trade settlements
- Perform daily data management and reconciliation tasks.
- Oversee outsourced middle office functions and vendors.
- Coordinate derivatives and counterparty onboarding.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Prepare daily cash and position reports.
- Assist with client and portfolio reporting.
- Support operational projects and process enhancements.
Qualifications
- 5 Years experience of hands-on middle office operations within fixed income or custody middle office functions.
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $55 - $65
