The Opportunity
- Partner with Portfolio Managers and analysts to support day-to-day investment operations, administrative needs, and research coordination
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including detailed, multi-leg itineraries
- Manage corporate access logistics, including investor meetings, site visits, conferences, and roadshows
- Serve as a key liaison between investment professionals, sell-side counterparts, and corporate management teams
- Organize, maintain, and distribute research materials, notes, and market data
- Maintain internal databases, CRM systems, and research tracking tools
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies related to corporate access and information management
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required with a strong academic track record
- 3 years of experience in finance, investment management, consulting, or a similarly rigorous environment
- Demonstrated interest in public equities and financial markets
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, discreet, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
- Comfortable working directly with senior investment professionals
