Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (On-Site)
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 Exceptional Benefits Package
Schedule: 35-Hour Work Week | Monday–Friday
A highly respected mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support to a senior executive and leadership office. Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and events.
- Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential communications, correspondence, reports, presentations, and special projects.
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
- Prepare reports, meeting materials, and other executive-level documentation.
- Maintain organized records, files, and office systems.
- Provide administrative support across the leadership team as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives on behalf of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate, nonprofit, educational, religious, or similarly professional environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presence, sound judgment, and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
